Liza is a professional henna artist primarily based in North East - Newcastle upon Tyne. She specialises in traditional Indian, Arabic and contemporary henna art catered to suit every occasion with an added exceptional skill in the art of bridal mehndi in which she has over 8 years worth of experience.
With a natural talent in art, patterns form and spatial awareness, Liza’s ability to be a professional henna artist was apparent from a very young age. With a vast portfolio she is able to provide unique designs to each individual customer whether it is a designing a simple fashion piece or an intricate and elegant bridal design, each customer can expect a tailor made pattern.
To achieve beautiful henna stains that fade away gradually Liza makes an extra effort to mix the henna herself, using only the finest, natural henna powder from India that stains a beautiful dark burgundy colour on the skin and lasts for about 14 days.

Applying her artistic skills and creative flair Liza now also specifies in Asian make-up. A large influence to this is her experience from studying Art & Design throughout her academic years. Liza describes her passion for make-up as working on a blank canvas till she achieves perfection.
She understands the importance of adapting different styles for various looks that are required to suit an individual client’s needs. Liza is confident creating different looks - whether it is a glamorous bridal look you want to go for or dramatic evening make-up to an abstract fashion look.
